At H.D.H.C. we believe that at the start of the 21st century we should be adopting

With five years of research H.D.H.C. have now produced an individual nutrient intake requirement programme that predicts in advance of each day individual energy intake and energy balance requirements no matter what your daily lifestyle or situation.
